Stress affects every system in your body, but you CAN learn to REPROGRAM your response to stress!

In this workshop, you will learn to use your subtle energy system to immediately decrease your stress.

Mind – Body Therapies are based on the understanding that changes in our emotional state can impact our physical wellbeing, and vice versa. For example, physical illness affects the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being. Stress can be felt in the physical body.

The physical body includes the subtle energy system. The subtle energy system refers to the meridian and chakra systems and the fields surrounding the body.

Therapies that focus on the balancing of the subtle energy system are based on the integration of the theories of quantum physics, psychology, eastern medicine and spirituality. The premise is that the flow and balance of the body’s electromagnetic and more subtle energies are important for physical and emotional health.

There are a number of ways to intervene in the energy centres of your body to help relieve stress. Come and experience for yourself!
