In Brief:


I am a registered social worker (M.S.W. – 1993) and an occupational therapist (B.Sc. O.T. –1985) in private practice in Calgary Alberta since 1994.

JunePhotoOther work experience includes working in hospitals, educational facilities, community counselling agencies and employee assistance programs. I enjoy presenting workshops and have presented to the corporate community and to professional associations.

My speciality is working with clients who have not had results through using only more conventional methods or therapies. By applying a combination of conventional therapies and Mind-Body Therapies, clients have reported resolving their concerns.

My training in conventional therapies includes cognitive behavioural and solution focused therapy. In 1996 I began to incorporate mind-body therapies into my practice and now offer: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brain Gym, Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), QiGong, and  various approaches to balancing the subtle energy system, including a 2 1/2 year applied learning program.

Besides enjoying my work, I love to spend time in nature and enjoy walking, gardening, scuba diving and cross country skiing.
